In today’s society, we are bogged down with so many responsibilities with work and family that we don’t consider stopping for just a moment to evaluate how our life is really going. Next thing you know, we are too old to do anything about it. We’ve been taught to strive, drive and forge forward at all costs. If you’re not moving forward your not moving at all, right? Wrong! The only thing we truly have is Today, this moment in time. I have seen folks get so caught up in their daily life that they actually forget to… well … Live.

Are you ready to create happiness in your world? Then this is for you!

It’s up to us to create happiness in our world. Start by asking yourself these questions:

  • Have I accomplished the health goals I set for myself this year?
  • Have I been able to minimize the stress in my life?
  • Am I self confident in my appearance?
  • Is my career on track or has it stalled?
  • Am I truly passionate about my career?
  • Are my finances in line with the goals I want to accomplish in my life?
  • Have I cultivated solid loving relationships with my family and friends?
  • Have I accomplished things on my “bucket list”? i.e. traveling, a new hobby, new adventures
  • Am I bringing “fun” into my life on a daily basis?
  • Am I living for tomorrow or am I living in the moment?

In order to restore or maintain that happiness it’s also important to:

  • Remember you are human
